創業者のティツィアーナ・テレンツィとパオロ・テレンツィはある探索の最中、この島が纏う時代を超越した空気にすっかり心を奪われてしまいました。

彼らの夢の守護者であった女神ヴィーナスは、この島を二人の隠れ家へと変えました。しかし、二人が女神への敬意を捧げることを忘れてしまったため、女神は彼らの愛に「永遠の苦しみ」という罰を下したのです。

今もなお、エルバ島最大の都市ポルトフェッラーイオのレ グロッタのローマ時代の遺跡の間で、アルバ王女の呼ぶ声がこだましていると言われています。それは、決して絶えることのない「希望」を象徴する叫びであり、耳を傾けるすべての人の心を呼び覚ますのです。

Founders Tiziana Terenzi and Paolo Terenzi were captivated by the timeless atmosphere of this island during an exploration. The island is still teeming with legends, folklore, and precious, rare natural landscapes.

Among the many stories the islanders told them, one in particular resonated deeply with them: the legend of Princess Alba and the Knight of Sabino.

The two loved each other deeply, but were destined to be torn apart by God's will.

The goddess Venus, the guardian of their dreams, transformed this island into a sanctuary for the two. However, because they forgot to show respect to the goddess, she punished their love with "eternal torment."

Even today, it is said that the voice of Princess Alba still echoes among the Roman ruins of the Le Grotta in Portoferrai, the largest city on Elba. It is a cry that symbolizes an unending "hope" and awakens the hearts of all who hear it.

The two founders wanted to capture the essence of this extraordinary place and the timeless love story that remains there, and elevate it into a single fragrance. That's how "Ilva" was born.
