13番目の作品をもって、Essential Parfumsは、現代の調香において不可欠なものとなった領域、「グルマン・フレグランス」へ挑戦します。砂糖のような解釈ではなく、グルマン・フレグランスの巨匠であるジョルディ・フェルナンデスによって構築された、独自の洗練されたヴィジョンを提示します。こうして、甘美な悦楽の間で繊細にバランスを保った、忘れがたいネオグルマンである「アンブル ラテ」が誕生しました。

このジャンルを刷新するために、ジョルディはジボダン社の「Pulsions（プルシオン）」プログラムを活用。

それにより彼は、調香師のパレットの中で最も抗いがたいアンバー・ウッディのノートを特定。それらを用いて、彼は極めて中毒性の高いアコードを構成し、それをユニークなアーモンドミルクフォームのアコードと組み合わせました。

With its 13th creation, Essential Parfums ventures into the neo-gourmand realm for the first time, venturing into the gourmand fragrance genre, an essential element in contemporary perfumery. Rather than a sugary interpretation, it presents a unique and refined vision constructed by gourmand fragrance master Jordi Fernandez. Thus, "Ambre Latte" is born—an unforgettable neo-gourmand that delicately balances sweet pleasures.

Jordi Fernandez (perfumer) says, "'Ambre Latte' was created with the image of generously layering my favorite amberwood and blending it with the deliciousness of almond milk. This creamy haze, infused with caramel, tonka bean, vanilla, and benzoin, lends an irresistible and unforgettable signature to the amber structure. It's a fragrance that draws you inward and keeps you close, never letting go."

The challenge in creating this fragrance was how to reconstruct the perfect alchemy of sweet pleasure and addictiveness—gourmand fragrance—with sophistication, without succumbing to an overdose of sweetness. To innovate this genre, Jordi utilized Givaudan's "Pulsions" program.

This allowed him to identify the most irresistible amber-woody notes in the perfumer's palette. Using these, he constructed an extremely addictive accord, which he combined with a unique almond milk foam accord.

Ambre Latte, a gourmand fragrance that is never overly sweet, is a unique and refined interpretation of the gourmand theme. Jordi Fernandez's creation, imbued with an unforgettable signature, is a magnificent expression of perfumery craftsmanship serving a creative vision.
