マスカット
ブドウの品種の一つ。ヨーロッパブドウ種の中のマスカット品種。ワイン、レーズン、生食用のために広く栽培されている。果実の色は白から黒に近いものまであり、顕著な甘い花の芳香を持つ。キラキラとしたみずみずしさ溢れる透き通った香り。
カカオ
アオイ科の常緑樹。チョコレートやココアの原料でカカオノキ、ココアノキとも呼ばれる。樹高は4〜10メートル程度。学名は、ギリシャ語で「神の食べ物」という意。うっとりと恍惚感に包まれ、口の中でとろりと溶け出すような甘く上品な香り。
