Another take on “syrup,” Plum Cream is an avant-garde fragrance that boldly reimagines the traditional Japanese ingredient umeboshi (pickled plum) as a scent, elevating it into the world of perfume.
Umeboshi, known for its deep umami flavor brought out through slow pickling in salt, inspired this creation as a way to express “umami”—the fifth taste—in olfactory form.
